Siahn Mehng

Siahn Mehng is an experienced academic currently serving as an Associate Professor of Management at the University of North Carolina at Pembroke since August 2015, after previously holding the position of Assistant Professor. Siahn has also contributed to the University of Minnesota as an Instructor and Teaching Assistant for HRIR Master level courses since August 2009. Prior academic roles include working as a Research Assistant at Yonsei University from March 2003 to August 2008, where Siahn also fulfilled duties as a Teaching Assistant. Siahn holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business-Human Resources and Industrial Relations from the University of Minnesota, along with a Master of Science (M.S.) in Business Administration from Yonsei University, and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Business Administration and Management from Yonsei University, complemented by a further Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Marketing from the University of Northern Colorado.
