Amy Crook

Amy Crook, Ph.D., is an Associate Professor of Management at Belmont University since July 2012, serving as Faculty Senate President from 2020 to 2021. In the role of Vice President for Transformative Innovation, Character, & Purpose, Amy Crook focuses on fostering interdisciplinary collaborations, promoting an entrepreneurial mindset, and enhancing students' sense of purpose and character formation. Previous experience includes consulting roles at the Texas Department of Transportation and Educational Testing Services, along with academic positions at Rice University and Harris County Department of Education. Amy Crook earned a Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Rice University and has conducted significant research in areas such as interpersonal skills development and ethical behavior in teams.
