Susan Marsico, CEBS, currently serves as the Director of Total Rewards at Central Ohio Primary Care, leading initiatives in compensation, benefits, wellness, and performance management since June 2019. Previous experience includes roles as Sr. Director of Total Rewards for Americas at Vertiv, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing compensation and benefit programs for approximately 7,300 employees, and conducting a sabbatical focused on family and volunteer leadership with the Healthy Ohio Business Council. Additional positions include Director of Corporate Benefits and HRIS at OCLC, Director of Benefits at The Ohio State University overseeing programs for over 22,000 employees, and Manager of Compensation & Benefits at Bath & Body Works. Educational credentials include a B.S. in Human Resources from Bowling Green State University and CEBS certification from the Wharton School & International Foundation of Benefits.
