Avp, Marketing Automation at Central Pacific Bank

Michael Goswick has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Michael is currently working at Central Pacific Bank as the AVP, Marketing Automation. Prior to this, they served as the Marketing Automation & Technology Manager at the same company.

Before joining Central Pacific Bank, Michael worked at Umpqua Bank as the Marketing Automation Manager. In this role, they managed email marketing campaigns, provided feedback and direction for channel usage and engagement, and oversaw the integration of the Marketing Automation Platform into the CRM system.

Prior to Umpqua Bank, Michael worked at Ventana Research as the Senior Digital Marketing Manager. Here, they developed and executed inbound and outbound online marketing strategies, managed data in platforms such as HubSpot and Salesforce.com, and built marketing automation email campaigns.

Michael also gained experience at FIR Advertising as an Account Manager, at Order of the Arrow BSA in various roles including ArrowTour West PR/Marketing Coordinator and Section Vice Chief, at Portland State Professional Sound as Lead Sound Technician, at Crater Lake Council, BSA as Camp Commissioner, and at Camp McLoughlin, Crater Lake Council as Commissioner.

Throughout their career, Michael has demonstrated expertise in marketing automation, data management, platform integration, email campaigns, customer engagement, lead generation, web strategies, and event coordination.

Michael Goswick attended Portland State University from 2012 to 2015, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Advertising. Michael has also obtained several additional certifications, including HubSpot CMS Developer from HubSpot in March 2020, Inbound Certified from HubSpot Academy in August 2017, CPR Certified from the American Heart Association | American Stroke Association in July 2014, and Inbound from HubSpot Academy in June 2021.
