Jeff Lowrance

Jeff Lowrance is currently the VP of Communication, Marketing & Public Relations at Central Piedmont Community College. Jeff has previously served as the Director of Communications at Appalachian State University, the Director of College Relations at Rowan-Cabarrus Community College, and the Corporate Communications Manager at Food Lion LLC / Delhaize America. Lowrance began their career in public relations as the Assistant Director of Public Relations at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte in 1997. Jeff has also worked as the Public Information Officer at the UNC Highway Safety Research Center.

Jeff Lowrance earned their Master's Degree in Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Jeff also has a Master's Degree in Journalism - Public Relations from UNC's School of Media and Journalism. Jeff's undergraduate degree is in Communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Jeff Lowrance reports to Kandi Deitemeyer, President. They work with Tracie Clark - VP, Strategy & Organizational Excellence, Heather Hill - VP, Academic Affairs, and Rick Fogarty - VP, IT & CIO.
