Lisa Schlachter

Lisa Schlachter currently serves as the Vice President of Institutional Advancement at Central Piedmont Community College since May 2023. Previously, Lisa held multiple roles at the YMCA of Greater Charlotte from June 2014 to May 2023, including Vice President of Financial Development and Regional Financial Development Director. Earlier experience includes serving as Assistant Head of School for Advancement and Director of Development at St. Paul Christian Academy from September 2007 to June 2014, and as Director of Foundation Relations and Major Initiatives at Belmont University from 2004 to 2007. Lisa Schlachter holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with a minor in Marketing from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and a Master of Education from Vanderbilt University.
