Yuriy Pulgun

Yuriy Pulgun has extensive work experience in various managerial roles in supply chain and logistics. From 2019 to 2020, they worked as the Supply Chain/Logistics Director at Continental Farmers Group, where they were responsible for designing, planning, and managing the supply chain of crops from fields to buyers. Yuriy oversaw multiple departments, including internal stores logistics, transport logistics, farm services, and railway logistics. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2019, they served as the Operations Director at the same company, where they managed operations on a 45,000-hectare farm.

Before joining Continental Farmers Group, Yuriy worked at Hilti from 2005 to 2012, holding various positions such as Logistic Manager and Head of Operations. Yuriy was responsible for planning demand, coordinating import and customs clearance procedures, managing warehouses, and overseeing domestic delivery to customers. Yuriy also served as a Business Process Expert and Technical Sales Manager during their tenure at Hilti.

Earlier in their career, Yuriy worked as a Senior Sales Analyst at OLYMP Alcohol Company and as an Equipment Manager at UBC Group.

Most recently, Yuriy Pulgun has been serving as the Director of Starch Business at Central Plains Group Limited since 2020.

Yuriy Pulgun holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, Executive (Agriculture) from Kyiv-Mohyla Business School, which they obtained from 2015 to 2017. Yuriy also obtained additional certifications during this time, including the Executive Development Program "System Thinking" and being a member of the Agrifood Valley team for the New Concente of Management in Agribusiness, both from Kyiv Mohyla Business School in September 2017 and May 2017 respectively.

Furthermore, Yuriy Pulgun attended Tallinn School of Management from 2018 to 2019, but the degree obtained is unknown. Prior to that, they studied at Kharkiv State National Agrarian University 'V.V. Dokuchayev' from 1998 to 2003, earning a master's degree in Economics.
