Janice Lai

Janice Lai worked at CPF Board from 2023. Janice held the role of Group Director (Housing and Investment) from May 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Central Provident Fund Board from 1993 to 2023, where they served as Group Director (Customer Relations) from July 1993.

Janice Lai obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the National University of Singapore in 1993. In 2004, they completed their Masters in Public Policy, specializing in Public Policy Analysis, at the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy.
