Nadia Deokinanan

Nadia Deokinanan has experience in talent and recruitment at Central Queens Academy Charter School, where Nadia manages the applicant tracking system, develops interview guidelines, and builds relationships to attract top-tier talent. Previously, Nadia was a Program Director at South Asian Youth Action, overseeing staff recruitment and programming implementation. Nadia also worked as a MAC Cosmetics Makeup Artist, conducting makeup demonstrations and educating retail accounts. Nadia holds a Bachelor's degree in Sociology from Queens College and completed additional education at New York University.
