Rick Russo

Rick Russo has a wealth of experience in finance and accounting. Rick has held various senior leadership positions in different companies and industries.

Rick'smost recent role is as the Chief Financial Officer at CentralReach, a position they have held since March 2023.

Prior to that, they worked as the Chief Financial Officer at ETQ, a private equity-backed enterprise SaaS software company that was acquired by Hexagon AB in April 2022. Rick had been with ETQ since June 2018.

Before joining ETQ, Rick served in multiple roles at Epicor Software, a private equity-backed global provider of ERP software and services. Rick was the Senior Vice President, Chief Accounting Officer from September 2016 to June 2018. Prior to that, they held the position of Senior Vice President, Worldwide Corporate Controller from May 2011 to August 2016.

Rick also had experience at Activant Solutions, Inc., where they served as the Vice President, Corporate Controller from September 2010 to April 2011. Before that, they were the Vice President of Finance from February 2008 to August 2010.

In addition, Rick worked at Solectron, a Fortune 250 electronics manufacturing service provider. Rick held various positions, including Senior Director, Corporate FP&A from July 2006 to January 2008, and World Wide Operations Controller from June 2005 to June 2006.

Before transitioning to the corporate world, Rick gained experience in public accounting at Gaines Metzler Kriner & Company, CPA's, where they worked as a Staff and Senior Accountant from October 1991 to May 1994.
