Usanee Kosittawan

Usanee Kosittawan has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Usanee is currently the Head of CRM at Central Retail since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Acquisition Management Lead at Siam Piwat from March 2022 to April 2023. Usanee also served as the Head of Customer Service at Yves Rocher Thailand from July 2021 to February 2022. From November 2019 to October 2021, they worked as the CRM Manager at Yves Rocher. Before that, they held various roles at Lotus's, including Customer Manager (Lead) - Loyalty Privilege, Marketing Manager Loyalty & Clubcard, and Executive Assistant. Usanee started their career as a Personal Assistant to the Distribution Director at Lotus's in September 2010. Prior to that, they worked as an Executive Secretary to CCO at Siam City Cement, a Senior Administrative Executive at TUV SUD PSB (Thailand) Ltd., a Secretary to EVP Sales & Marketing at Shin Satellite PLC., and a Guest Service Executive at Quality Houses PLC.

Usanee Kosittawan completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in Italian-English from Chulalongkorn University between the years 1996 and 2000. Usanee then pursued an MBA in Marketing from Eastern Asia University from 2005 to 2007.
