Tobe Nnadozie

Tobe Nnadozie is an experienced leader in business technology and digital innovation, currently serving as Divisional Head at Central Securities Clearing System Plc, where oversight includes IT, enterprise architecture, and digital solutions. Tobe is the founder of The Leadership Compass and has held roles such as Advisory Council Member for IDC in West Africa, Chairperson of the Board at Infoassure Limited, and Non-Executive Director at Royal Exchange Microfinance Bank. Previously, Tobe served as Group Chief Information Officer for Coronation Insurance Plc and held senior positions at Heritage Bank Limited. Tobe holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA from Bangor University and a Master's in Information Technology from the University of Lagos.
