She has worked in the education space for more than 11 years as a school teaching professional, Delhi University faculty, and has worked with educational organizations like Rajiv Gandhi Foundation, EdCiL for MHRD-SSA, Room to Read, Education Initiatives to contribute to their teaching learning practices in different capacities. She relies on using her understanding of learning theories and pedagogic principles to guide her work.
