Helen K Hill Yancey is an experienced professional with a diverse background in public safety management, business consulting, and information systems. Currently serving as the Public Safety Manager at Central Texas Council of Governments since November 2017, Yancey has also built a successful career as a Business Consultant focusing on relationship marketing at HHillCards since 2008. Previous roles include providing personalized services as a Personal Assistant at Helen's Helping Hand, managing operations and fleet at Quicksilver Express Courier, and holding multiple positions at All Star Delivery of Process.
