Leslee Schauer is an accomplished educational professional with extensive experience in program development and administration. Currently serving as an Educational Specialist at the Education Service Center, Region 2, since September 2018, Leslee specializes in delivering training and technical assistance for program and fiscal compliance. Previous roles include Independent Consultant at Rodan+Fields, where Leslee utilized sales and marketing expertise in premium skincare, and various positions at Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, culminating in the role of Director, focusing on grant management and student retention programs for Hispanic students in STEM. Leslee has a strong educational background, holding a Doctorate in Educational Leadership and Administration alongside additional degrees in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi.

The Region 2 Education Service Center's mission is to be a catalyst for change resulting in student improvement, efficiency, and economy of operation. We promote educational excellence for all our students in which state and local initiatives are endorsed and implemented within the region. Every Region 2 district is provided both instructional and non-instructional assistance. The primary focus of our organization is geared towards student achievement which is achieved via offering relevant professional development for teachers, administrators, school board members, parents, and other clientele.
