Meghan Poperowitz

Meghan Poperowitz, MSN, RN, CWCN, currently serves as a Telephone Triage Nurse at The University of Vermont Health Network - Central Vermont Medical Center, providing extensive triage, care coordination, and education support. With a diverse nursing background that includes roles as a Wound Care Registered Nurse and a staff nurse across various inpatient units, Meghan has demonstrated proficiency in clinical care and patient outcomes. Previous experience includes managing hospice case management for terminally ill patients at BAYADA Home Health Care and serving as Director of Nursing at Woodridge Rehabilitation and Nursing. Meghan has also contributed to product management and clinical development at Dartmouth-Hitchcock's ImagineCare. Educated with a Master of Science in Nursing from Norwich University and multiple bachelor's degrees, Meghan combines nursing expertise with strong leadership and project management skills.
