Fayaz Alam

Fayaz Alam is a seasoned Human Resource professional with extensive experience in various roles over the last decade. Currently serving as Deputy Manager (Human Resource) at Central Warehousing Corporation since January 2023, Fayaz previously held the position of Assistant Manager - Human Resources at Central Railside Warehouse Company Ltd from October 2015 to January 2023. Prior experience includes working as a Talent Management Consultant for a leading executive search firm, where skills in sourcing senior-level profiles and recruiting from prestigious institutions were developed. Fayaz has also completed an HR training project at ING Vysya Life Insurance and gained experience as a trainee at the Supreme Court of India. Educational credentials include a PhD (Doctoral Candidate) in Talent Management and an MBA in Human Resource & Industrial Relations from Aligarh Muslim University, along with a BA, LL.B (Hons).
