Marco S. currently serves as a Support + Automations Engineer at Central (YC S24) since March 2024. Previously, Marco held various leadership roles at Daily from August 2020 to November 2023, including Head of Developer Support and Customer Success, where responsibilities involved technical troubleshooting for applications, designing test plans, maintaining technical documentation, delivering training for support engineers, and establishing a successful support organization. Prior to Daily, Marco accumulated extensive experience at Mixpanel in several managerial and engineering positions, and held internships at Scimergent and the Embassy of Mexico. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts from Brown University, a Master of Arts from Johns Hopkins SAIS, and additional studies at Rhode Island School of Design and Waseda University.
