Christopher Temmink

Christopher Temmink is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as Director of HR at Central YMCA since February 2024. Previously, Christopher held roles at Westminster Abbey as Head of Projects and Head of HR, where responsibilities included overseeing operations within a World Heritage Site. At Ferrero, Christopher was Senior HR Business Partner, managing a team of three and handling HR functions across the UK. As Global Head of HR at Mountain Warehouse, direct reporting to the CFO enabled Christopher to significantly reduce Head Office attrition through enhanced employee wellbeing and engagement initiatives. Christopher's HR career began at NHS England as a Psychologist, and educational credentials include degrees in Human Resource Management, Health Psychology, and Behavioural Sciences from Thames Valley University, University of Westminster, and University College Northampton, respectively.
