John Mays

John Mays has extensive work experience in the agricultural industry. John started their career at Rhyne's Select Turf in 2003, where they served as a Sales Manager for over 11 years. In 2015, they joined Valent U.S.A. LLC and took on various roles including Customer Segmentation Specialist, Northeast Regional Manager, Southern Region Manager, and Regional Seed Protection Manager. In 2020, John moved to BASF and served as a Portfolio Optimization and Private Label Manager until 2023. Currently, they are the Director of Sales - Grain and Specialty at Central Life Sciences.

John Mays obtained a Bachelor's degree from The University of Memphis. John then pursued further education at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, where they completed an MBA with a focus on Marketing/Marketing Management, General.
