In 2018, Kenley was an Animal Science Barn Student Supervisor, Student Ambassador, and Teaching Assistant at The University of Findlay. In 2019, Kenley was a Dairy Replacement Program Intern at WITMER'S FEED & GRAIN, INC. In 2020, Kenley was a Reproductive Technician and Bovine Reproduction Technician Intern at ABS Global. Currently, Kenley is a Regional Sales Manager and Sales Development Manager, Agricultural Products at Central Life Sciences.

Kenley R. is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration - MBA in Leadership at Youngstown State University, which is expected to be completed in 2023. Prior to this, Kenley obtained a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science with a Minor in Marketing from The University of Findlay in 2020. Kenley also attended Northampton Area High School from 2013 to 2017. In addition, Kenley has obtained several certifications, including an IMPACT Selling Professional Sales Certification from The Brooks Group in April 2022, Artificial Insemination from Select Sires Inc. in October 2019, and Beef Quality Assurance-Cow/Calf from BQA.
