Jessica Suiter has extensive experience in product support and customer service, currently serving as Vice Product, Product Support and previously as Director, Customer Service at CentralSquare Technologies since March 2018. With a focus on financial management, Jessica oversees the budgeting processes for over 150 contracts and has developed efficiencies to enhance margins across the product line. Prior to this, Jessica spent nearly a decade at Public Safety Corporation, where roles included Director of Outsource Operations, Program Manager, and Senior Customer Support Analyst, demonstrating a strong background in operations management and customer support.
