Rong Fan

Rong (Rex) Fan is a Senior Software Developer at CentralSquare Technologies, focusing on designing, implementing, and maintaining features for public safety software since June 2023. Previously, Rong held multiple roles at SMS Assist, L.L.C., including leading teams in architectural projects and developing diagnostic software. Experience also includes roles at Kforce Inc, where Rong contributed to KYC projects, and R+L Carriers, where Rong developed RESTful web services. As a former CTO at LeaderTech Co., Ltd., Rong played a pivotal role in establishing the company and designing its systems. Rong holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from Maharishi International University and additional degrees from Nanjing University of Information Science and Technology in Lightning Science and Technology and Electronic Information Engineering.
