Saida MAKHLOUFI has extensive experience in the energy sector, currently serving as a permanent researcher at the Centre de Développement des Energies Renouvelables since March 2012. Previously, Saida was the deputy director at MTEER from December 2021 to February 2023 and worked as a researcher at CDER from December 2012 to January 2022. Early in the career, Saida held the position of Electric System Operator from 2007 until March 2012.
