David Singh

Principal, Research Commercialization at CAMH

David Singh has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in research, market acceleration, product support, application development, and engineering. David is currently working as the Principal of Research Commercialization at CAMH. Previously, they held positions at the Ontario Bioscience Innovation Organization, where they worked as an Associate Director of Market Acceleration and a Market Acceleration Manager, among other roles. David also worked at Nia Technologies Inc. as a Product Support Specialist, coordinating clinical trials and providing support for 3D printed prosthetics solutions. Additionally, they worked as an Application Developer at FUS Instruments, participating in sales lead generation, and as a Research Engineer/Physicist at Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre, responsible for developing software for an ultrasound research platform. Their early career included an internship as an Applications Engineering Intern at Actel, where they provided technical support and created documentation for Actel products.

David Singh received a Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Toronto in the period of 2004 to 2010. David then pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering at Wayne State University from 2011 to 2012.
