Victor Willis

Trustee at CAMH

Victor Willis has worked for the past 25 years in a number of community agencies. Since 1999, he has served as the Executive Director of Parkdale Activity and Recreation Centre (PARC). PARC is a valuable community resource whose purpose is reflected in its mission: “A community where people rebuild their lives.” During his tenure as the Executive Director of PARC, he has led significant growth at the organization, including the development of an innovative new supportive housing facility.

In addition to being the Executive Director at PARC, Victor is a community leader who has held numerous senior volunteer positions. Currently, he is a board member of the Daily Bread Food Bank and the Parkdale Business Improvement Association and acts a Co-Chair of St. Joseph’s Health Centre Mental Health and Addictions Populations panel and Chair of the Centre’s Strategic Population panel.
