Marja Pudas

Marja Pudas is an experienced professional currently serving as the Head of Unit of Employment, Education and Culture at the Centre for Economic Development, Transport and the Environment since 2013, with a significant focus on personnel hiring. Pudas has contributed to the Ministry of Education and Culture in Finland as a member of the National Board of Basic Skills since October 2019 and was part of the Finnish Delegation for the Mutual Learning Service Team under the European Commission from October 2018 to March 2019, focusing on upskilling pathways across EU countries. A Fulbright Grantee at Georgetown University from September to December 2017, Pudas specialized in career management skills and youth employment.
