Rana Abdo

Rana Abdo is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles, currently serving as the Human Resources Director at the Centre for Humanitarian Dialogue since January 2020. Rana has held multiple HR-related positions, including Head of HR ad interim and Human Resources Generalist, showcasing a strong foundation in employee relations and organizational management. Previously, Rana worked at Algorithm Pharmaceutical Manufacturers as an Employee Relations Senior Officer and has contributed to academic institutions such as ISSAE Cnam Liban and the American University of Science and Technology as a lecturer in management and human resources-related subjects. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Labor Economics & Human Resources from the University of Lille 1 and two master's degrees in Banking & Financial Economics and Economics from Lebanese University.
