Matt Freear

Matt Freear is the Head of Media at Centre for Information Resilience, leading media communications for various projects exposing human rights abuses. Matt is also an Associate Fellow at Royal United Services Institute, where Matt focuses on communications research for countering violent extremism programmes. With extensive experience in communications and research roles at various organizations including The American Security Project and the European Union Delegation to Kenya, Matt has a strong background in strategic communications and media engagement. Matt holds a Masters in Public Policy from UCL and a Law degree.
