Ahmed F. Khalifa is an Assistant Professor of Law at Ain Shams University, where responsibilities include directing the International Relations and Academic Collaboration Office and teaching various law subjects. In addition, Ahmed serves as a Consultant and Trainer for the International Committee of the Red Cross, providing training in International Criminal Law and International Humanitarian Law, and also acts as a Peer Reviewer for a new Commentary on the Geneva Conventions. As Deputy Secretary General of the International Association of Penal Law and Middle East Coordinator for the Oxford University Price Media Law Moot Court Competition, Ahmed plays a pivotal role in legal education and collaboration across the region. Other roles include Fellow at the Centre for International Sustainable Development Law, Visiting Professor of Law at Saint Joseph University of Beirut, and Adjunct Professor at The German University in Cairo, among various consultancy positions focusing on governance and child law reforms. Ahmed's academic credentials include a Doctorate in International Criminal Law from Université de Poitiers and multiple advanced degrees in law and human rights.
