Franca Rigby

Franca Rigby is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and operations. Currently serving as Operations Officer at the Centre for Multicultural Youth since October 2022, Franca previously held roles as Assistant Accountant and Senior Bookkeeper at Penguin Random House and Outlook Vic, where responsibilities included statutory reporting, cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and general ledger reconciliation. With a solid foundation built during a long tenure at Monash University, Franca Rigby holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Canberra.
