Phr® Brandy Williams

Brandy Williams, PHR®, has a strong background in human resources spanning over a decade. Brandy is currently working as a Human Resources Generalist for the Centre for Neuro Skills, where they provide HR support and consultation to various clinics and patient residential locations. Their responsibilities include recruitment, employee relations, leadership development, performance management, policy interpretation, and maintaining HR metrics and reports. Prior to this, Brandy worked as a Human Resources Generalist/Recruiter at TTI, Inc., where they managed the employee selection process, coordinated onboarding for new employees, and provided coaching and development to managers. Brandy also had experience as an HR Recruiter and Trainer at Engineering Solutions and Products, LLC, where they supported recruiting and training functions for Department of Defense projects. Additionally, Brandy worked as a Human Resources Hiring Assistant at ESP, LLC, where they supported general HR administrative tasks and recruiting functions. Throughout their career, Brandy has consistently demonstrated their ability to maintain compliance with employment laws and regulations while delivering high-quality HR services.

Brandy Williams, PHR®, holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a specialization in Human Resources from Texas A&M University–Central Texas, which they completed in 2014. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus in 2008. In addition to their education, Brandy has also obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in July 2019.
