Vijay Kapri

Vijay Kapri is a dynamic HR professional with over four years of experience in Human Resources Management. Currently serving as a Senior Executive in Human Resources at Centre for Sight since August 2022, Vijay is responsible for various HR functions including manpower planning, recruitment and selection, induction and onboarding, training and development, policy implementation, statutory compliance, employee engagement, and exit interviews. Prior to this role, Vijay held a similar position at the Securities and Exchange Board of India from January 2021 to July 2022.
