Patrick Smith

Patrick Smith, MBA, SHRM-SCP, has a range of experience in talent acquisition and managerial roles in various companies. Patrick currently holds the position of System Director Talent Acquisition at The University of Kansas Health System. Prior to this, they worked as a Sr Talent Acquisition Manager at AdventHealth from 2016 to 2022. Before that, they served as a Sr. Account Recruiting Manager at Aerotek from 2010 to 2016. Starting their career at DaVita in 2004, Patrick worked as a Vascular Access Manager until 2010.

Patrick Smith, MBA, SHRM-SCP, completed their MBA in Business Administration from Baker University from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they earned their BGS degree in Human Biology from The University of Kansas between 2001 and 2004.
