David Labbe is a Full Professor at École de technologie supérieure, where research focuses on human movement, particularly through the use of virtual reality for motor training to enhance biomechanics and decrease injury risk. Additionally, David serves as a researcher at CRCHUM, primarily at the imaging and orthopaedics lab, and has previously held roles such as system designer at Zimmer CAS, postdoctoral fellow at Université de Montréal, and research associate at CHUM. David's academic background includes a PhD in Biomedical Engineering and degrees in Mobility and Posture, as well as Software Engineering. Teaching experience includes Human Systems Engineering for undergraduate students in various engineering programs.
