Sandra Martins

Sandra Martins is currently a Doctoral Student at both the Faculdade de Ciências da Universidade de Lisboa in the Laboratório Marítimo da Guia and the Centre of Marine Sciences (CCMAR), focusing on Comparative Endocrinology and Integrative Biology since January 2020. Prior to this, Sandra worked as a Scientific Researcher in the Division of Aquaculture, Upgrading and Bioprospection at IPMA Instituto Português do Mar e da Atmosfera from January 2019 to November 2020. Sandra's earlier experience includes roles as Facility Manager and Senior Technician at the Champalimaud Foundation from March 2012 to December 2018 and serving as Immunology Responsible at Laboratório INNO from 2009 to 2012. Sandra holds a Master's degree in Marine Resources Biotechnology from the Polytechnic of Leiria (2015-2017) and a Bachelor's degree in Marine Biology and Biotechnology from the same institution (2002-2007).
