Michael Warech

Michael Warech, Ph.D. has over 30 years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing data-driven human capital solutions. Michael has led numerous projects for Fortune 1000 organizations across multiple industries, focusing on talent management, HR transformation, HR analytics, employee engagement, organization design, and change management. Michael is currently the Managing Director in the HR Advisory Practice at Centri Business Consulting, LLC. Before that, they were a Partner at The Game Planners, where they helped soccer clubs transform and align key organizational elements. Michael also founded Warech Associates, LLC, a human capital consulting firm that provides talent solutions to Fortune 500 companies, non-profits, sports teams, and athletic associations. Michael has held various roles in different organizations throughout their career, including Conference Chair at Cornell School of Hotel Administration, Director at Harvard Business Publishing Corporate Learning, North America Divisional Practice Leader at Willis Towers Watson, and Senior Principal Consultant at WLH Consulting Inc.

Michael Warech, Ph.D. holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from Emory University. Michael later pursued their graduate education at Stevens Institute of Technology, where they earned a Ph.D. and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology.
