Jennifer O'Connor's work experience begins in 2004 as a Lead Teacher at Growing Years Christian School and Child Care Center, where they communicated with parents, kept records, and organized activities. In 2008, they became an Office Manager at Growing Years Christian School and Child Care, responsible for personnel functions and social media management. In 2014, they worked as a Marketing & Sales Coordinator at Peddlesfoots Educational Holdings, LLC, coordinating promotional activities and advising customers. Jennifer also held the role of Optometric Technician & Director of Marketing at Douglas Family Vision, conducting visual screenings and managing social media. Jennifer joined J.Crew in 2014 as a Sales Associate, delivering customer service and staying updated on fashion trends. Jennifer'smost recent position was at Centria Healthcare, where they worked in various roles including Senior Client Service Manager, Compliance Specialist, Internal Auditor, and currently as the Quality Compliance Team Lead. In their current role, they oversee compliance and leads the team.
