Julie Folco

Julie Folco has been working in the field of human resources for over 20 years. Julie started their career as a Manager at San Francisco Group where they worked until 2002. Julie then joined CDI Professional Services as a Recruiter from 2004 to 2006. Afterwards, they worked at Idea, a division of Modis Canada Inc., where they held the role of Human Resources Representative / Recruiter from 2006 to 2012. During this time, they played an integral part in the HR department and was responsible for mass recruitment. From 2012 to 2015, they worked as a Senior Manager, Human Resources at Buffalo David Bitton, where they led the Canadian HR operations for the corporate, retail, and distribution center divisions. Julie then moved on to Global Brands Group (Member of Fung Group), where they held the role of Senior Manager, Human Resources from 2016 to 2018. Currently, they are working as a Human Resources Director at Centric Brands.

Julie Folco completed a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, specializing in Human Resources Management, from Concordia University between 1999 and 2004. In addition, they have obtained several certifications in various management and leadership topics from LinkedIn in 2021.
