Craig Horgan

Craig Horgan is an experienced consultant currently working at Centric Consulting since 2018. Prior to this role, Craig held positions as Head of IT Portfolio & Project Management at Houghton Mifflin Harcourt, a global education company, and DentaQuest, the largest dental benefits administrator in the U.S. Between 2004 and 2016, Craig served as Head of Enterprise Technology Services at Bose Corporation, specializing in audio equipment, and managed various IT services and functions. Earlier in Craig's career, from 1996 to 2004, a managerial role in Information Technology Services was held at Home Depot Supply, one of North America's largest industrial distributors. Craig earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Business/Management from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
