In my 20+ years of experience as both a consultant and business professional, I have operated in a variety of industries including; telecom, technology, retail, manufacturing, services and healthcare.

When solving complex business problems one thing is consistently true, the path from point a to point b is rarely a straight line. Successful engagements are built with a people-centric approach bringing the best of delivery frameworks while developing a deep understanding of the unique culture and system of the organization.

Most recently I have led organizations in efforts around digital transformation, operational agility, and customer experience. With an equal focus on getting it right with people, processes and technology. I pride myself on operating with a high level of integrity, energy and passion for delivering results and team development all while having fun in the process.
