Traci Whetzel is the current Director of Salesforce Service Offering at Centric Consulting. Traci has over two years of experience working with Salesforce and Pardot. Traci has a proven track record of successful Salesforce implementations for various companies. Traci has also created processes to provide visibility to manufacturing lead times, special deal approvals, voice of customer interactions and more. Traci is known for their strong project management skills and their ability to train, coach and mentor staff to ensure smooth adoption of new programs.

Traci Whetzel has a Bachelor of Arts in Business and Organizational Communication from The University of Akron. Traci is also Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant and Pardot Specialist.
