Cathy Ronald

Cathy Ronald has a diverse and extensive work experience. Cathy worked as a Regional Operations Manager at Centric Health from 2018 onwards, where they were responsible for managing eight GP practices and integrating new practices within the company. Cathy'srole involved leading a team of over eighty clinical and administrative staff, overseeing performance management, maximizing revenue, and enhancing patient care. Prior to that, Cathy worked at D M Cager (Insurance Brokers) Ltd from 2014 to 2018, where they served as an HR/Policy lead and General Insurance Broking. Cathy also has experience as a GP Practice Manager at The Bell Surgery from 2007 to 2014, where they were in charge of the day-to-day operations and financial management of the practice. Additionally, Cathy worked as an NHS Locality Commissioning Manager at SE Oxfordshire Primary Care Trust from 2007 to 2011, and as a Business Manager at The Bell and Hart Surgeries from 2000 to 2007. Cathy began their career at General Accident Insurance Company (now part of Aviva) in 1992, where they held positions as a Business Development Manager and Senior Commercial Underwriter, demonstrating their expertise in business development, customer relations, and risk assessment.

Cathy Ronald completed their BSc (Hons) in Psychology with a 2.1 grade from the Open University in 2017. Additionally, they earned an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute (ACII) in 1992, and then became a Chartered Insurer in 1995.
