Helen Clark-Wilson

Helen Clark-Wilson is an experienced finance professional with a focus on technical accounting. Currently serving as the Head of Technical Accounting at Centrica since August 2017, Helen provides expert advice on complex transactions and has a notable track record in implementing accounting standards such as IFRS 15, IFRS 9, and IFRS 16. Prior to this role, Helen held the position of Senior Technical Accounting Manager at Centrica and worked as a Technical Accounting Specialist at QinetiQ, where significant contributions included leading the rollout of IFRS 15 and engaging with senior stakeholders on technical transactions.
