Madeleine Freind has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Madeleine is currently working as the VP of Customer Success at Centrical since June 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of SVP/Head of Customer Success at Quantifind from April 2019 to June 2021 and Vice President of Customer Success from January 2017 to March 2019.

Before joining Quantifind, Madeleine worked as Executive Vice President at ROAR - A Publicis Solution, where they built and led a new digital creative agency. Madeleine also teamed up with Zenith to serve their first client, J.P. Morgan Chase, during their tenure from October 2013 to March 2016.

In addition, they served as a Partner at Rosetta from October 2012 to September 2013, leading and winning a cross-Publicis pitch to become the digital agency-of-record for J.P. Morgan Chase. Madeleine'scontributions helped grow the holding company's revenue from $7MM to $30MM+ annually.

Before their time at Rosetta, Madeleine took a sabbatical to travel the world solo from March 2011 to June 2012. Madeleine documented their experiences through a travel blog.
