Alicia Djouab's work experience begins in 2019 as a Scientific Writer at Neuropresse. In 2020, they also worked as a Volunteer Student and Ambassador at Héma-Québec while interning at the Institut Cardiologie de Montréal. Alicia then became an Auxiliary Teaching Assistant at Université de Montréal from September 2019 to April 2020. In 2020, they also worked as a Tutor at Monarque Tutoring. In 2021, Alicia founded and served as the Designer and Artistic Director at DE MONT Creations, where they designed and marketed jewelry. In 2022, they transitioned to work as a Patient Engagement Coordinator at Centricity Research, where they focus on enrollment and retention initiatives. Alicia also worked as a CRA School Trainee at CRA School of Montreal and as a Quality Control Analyst at Delpharm.

Alicia Djouab completed their Bachelor's degree in Molecular Medicine at Université de Montréal from 2018 to 2021. Alicia then pursued further education and obtained a certificate of completion in "GCP: Course for Site Personnel Working on CRS (including ICH E6, Revision 2 Changes)" from Syneos Health in 2023. Prior to this, Alicia enrolled in the CRA Trainee Program at CRA School of Montreal, Canada in 2022 to specialize in the field of Clinical Research Associate.
