Meg Rood

Meg Rood has extensive experience in the research industry. Meg is currently the Director of Growth and Strategic Partnerships at Centricity Research, where they oversee new initiatives, site acquisitions, and growth plans. Meg also advises on strategic partnerships in line with industry trends and customer diversification.

Prior to their current role, Meg worked at Aventiv Research Inc. in various positions. Meg served as the Senior Director of Operations, responsible for managing four offices and a team of seventy-five. Meg worked closely with the CEO/President to execute operational activities and strategic goals.

Before that, Meg was the Director of Operations and Consulting at Aventiv Research Inc., where they managed day-to-day operations, staff assignments, and collaborated with the CEO/President to fulfill the company's vision.

Meg also held the role of Operations Manager at Aventiv Research Inc. and worked as a Certified Clinical Research Coordinator. In these positions, they coordinated patient care, maintained regulatory compliance, communicated with study personnel, and managed multiple clinical trials.

Meg Rood received their Bachelor's Degree in Molecular Genetics and Anthropology from The Ohio State University, where they studied from 2006 to 2011. In 2011, they obtained their GCP Certification from Whitehall/Transcelerate. Three years later, in May 2014, Meg became a Certified Clinical Research Coordinator through the ACRP institution.
