Alexandra Kitzka

Alexandra Kitzka has a diverse work experience, primarily in the field of talent management and organizational development. Alexandra is currently the Global Director of Talent Management and Organizational Development at Centrient Pharmaceuticals, a position they have held since June 2023. Prior to this, they were the Global People and Organizational Development Program Manager at Sartorius from January 2021 to May 2023. Alexandra also worked at Sandoz, where they held various roles including Talent Management and Organizational Development Partner and HR Manager Talent Management and Projects. Alexandra started their professional journey at Novartis Vaccines, where they were an HR Business Partner and HR Generalist. Alexandra gained experience as an intern in Human Resources at TUI InfoTec GmbH and Continental. Alexandra also worked as a working student in Product Management Filtrations Technology at Sartorius Stedim Biotech.

Alexandra Kitzka attended The University of Göttingen from 2004 to 2010, where they obtained a degree in Diplom Sozialwirtin, specializing in Sozialwissenschaften.
