Pratik Maheshwari

Pratik Maheshwari is an experienced professional with over 11 years in the customer service and order-to-cash (O2C) cycle, currently serving as Manager Process Excellence at Centrient Pharmaceuticals since May 2022. Previously, Pratik held the position of Assistant Manager Customer Services at SCIEX, where responsibilities included managing customer relations, order fulfillment, and invoicing across India. Prior to that, Pratik worked as a Business Process Analyst at Agilent Technologies, overseeing the Quote-to-Cash (Q2C) process and training on SAP Sales & Distribution order entry.
