Shashank Singhal

Shashank Singhal has a strong background in supply chain and order to cash management. Shashank currently serves as the Head of Supply Chain and Global OTC at Centrient Pharmaceuticals, where they are responsible for supply chain operations in India and global customer support. Within the company, they also hold the position of President of the Global Purpose Platform, a group of young leaders dedicated to furthering the company's mission of ESG. Prior to their current role, Shashank held various positions within Centrient Pharmaceuticals, including Global Head of Order to Cash and Head of OTC.

Before joining Centrient Pharmaceuticals, Shashank gained experience at Genpact as a Senior Manager and Manager in the OTC department. Shashank also worked at Capgemini as a Team Lead and Process Lead in the supply chain division.

Shashank's career began at Agilent Technologies, where they worked as a Specialist, Senior Analyst, and Analyst in the Order Management department.

Shashank Singhal completed their Executive MBA in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from SVKM's Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies (NMIMS) between 2020 and 2023. Prior to that, they earned a Bcom(P) degree in Commerce from Delhi University from 2008 to 2010. Their secondary education was completed at Adarsh Public School, where they received a Senior Secondary Degree in Commerce from 2004 to 2006.

Shashank Singhal also holds several additional certifications, including Strategic Thinking from Management Centre Europe (MCE) obtained in January 2023, a Green Belt Certification from GENPACT obtained in 2016, a Green Belt Certification (GB) from Capgemini obtained in 2013, and they have participated in the Leadership Walk Program conducted by iMentor India.
